With more than three decades of combined expertise in sleep therapy, sleep coaching, and behavioural sleep strategies, our team takes an interactive, natural and educational approach to improving sleep.

Our mission is to educate and empower individuals and groups with tailored sleep strategies that address insomnia, trouble sleeping, early-morning waking, sleep anxiety, and other chronic sleep issues.

We're based in Halifax, Canada and offer virtual programs worldwide.

What Is CBT-I?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for chronic insomnia and other sleep problems.

It helps you understand the thoughts, habits, and patterns that keep you awake; and teaches practical, natural strategies to fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and reduce nighttime anxiety.
